AI Consultancy

Identify where AI would earn its keep in your business and what it would cost. Then build it with your engineers, or hand over the plan.

Step one: the teardown

What we look at

  • The work itself

We talk to the people who do the job and watch how it is done today. Most good ideas start here, not in a list of technologies.

    Interviews
  • Your data

What you have, where it lives, how clean it is and who may use it. Poor data sinks more AI projects than poor models do.

    Data
  • Your systems

What a new tool has to plug into, and what your engineers can realistically run once we have gone.

    Systems
  • The risks

Privacy, security, accuracy and the cost of each use. We write down what could go wrong and what we would do about it.

    Risk
What the teardown gives you

Three documents

  • A ranked list

Each opportunity with a rough cost, a likely return and how sure we are of both.

  • A recommendation

Which ones to do first and which to leave. Sometimes the answer is a plain no.

  • A fixed price plan

For the ones worth building: scope, timeline and price, in writing.

Step two: the build

If you go ahead

  1. Step 1

    Prototype

A working version on your real data, early on, so you can see it instead of imagining it.

  2. Step 2

    Test on real cases

Examples are collected from your business and the results scored, so quality is a number you can read.

  3. Step 3

    Harden

Monitoring, cost limits, fallbacks and access controls, so it behaves on a bad day.

  4. Step 4

    Hand over

Documentation, a walkthrough with your engineers and a named owner for what happens next.

Why us

The person who scopes it builds it

We are a small team of senior engineers, so the advice you get comes from people who will have to make it work.

  • No hand-offs

You talk to the people doing the work from the first call to the handover.

  • Advice that survives contact with production

We plan for upkeep, security and running cost, because we are the ones who would have to deal with them.

  • A no is part of the service

If a project would not pay back, you pay for the teardown and nothing more.

Questions

Questions about this service

We have a pilot that works. Why do we need a consultancy?

Pilots usually skip the hard parts: security, cost at scale, monitoring and who looks after it. We help take a working pilot into daily use.

Will you build the whole thing for us?

We can build it with your engineers, or write the plan and leave the build to your team. We agree which in the plan.

What if AI is not the right answer for us?

Then we say so, and you have paid only for the teardown.

Do you work with our existing cloud and tools?

Yes. We work with what you already run and only suggest changes when they clearly pay for themselves.

Still have a question?

Tell us what you are trying to do. We reply within one working day.
